Galactic Aztec Mk II

Galactic Aztec Mk II was over a 2.5 year long project. It was 24ft long and had a dry weight of approximately 250 lbs, giving it the nickname, Galactic Aztec Heavy. Over fifty students worked on Galactic Aztec Mark II and it served as the test bed for our developing Thrust Vectoring Control Technologies. Our last attempted launch date was on Sept 16, 2017, where the project came to an end due to an over-pressurization and rupture of our liquid oxygen tank at T-minus 30 seconds.
